At Primavera, we have some of the best, most talented, hard working students there are! That’s why we’ve decided to shine the light on a few of our amazing students.
Each month, our teachers nominate a student they feel has gone above and beyond, and we get the opportunity to get to know them a bit in this blog!
Check out their stories below:

Question: Why did you choose Primavera?
I chose primavera because I needed a way to work and go to school. Primavera is at your own pace so it was an opportunity for me to go back to school and finish getting my diploma while still being able to pay my bills.
Question: What would you like your classmates to know about you?
Hi there, I’m one of the older students that has class with some of you. I want you to know that we’re still learning the same things, take advantage of this program while you can because we’re very fortunate to be able to access our educations with just a couple clicks. I know being online can be hard, but nothing in this world comes easily and I just want you to realize that now while you still have the chance. You all have beautiful young minds, may our studies and knowledge carry us farther into the futures that await us.
Question: What makes you a successful student?
I strongly believe it’s been my life experiences that have made me successful. I’m an emotional person who’s been through a lot and I’ve come to realize the only way for me to feel true wealth, is to enrich myself with as much skills and knowledge as possible. The more that I learn, the more I thirst for knowledge and when has knowing too much ever been a bad thing?
Question: What advice would you give other students to be successful?
Don’t be afraid to be curious, learn and explore. ‘Mistakes are just happy little accidents’ Curiosity killed the cat, but a cat has 9 lives, the more you learn, the better you’ll live. Always ask questions, even if you are sure of the answer, question everything and be willing to take in everything around you. If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at might change too.
Question: What do you want your teachers to know?
I want all of the staff and teachers to know how thankful I am. It is because of your efforts and support that I’m able to go to class and learn every day. Before enrolling into primavera, I didn’t think I’d have the chance to have teachers again much less receive all the help I’ve received. You all have been doing amazing during these times and I know they can be just as tough for teachers as the students and I appreciate you for the all of the sacrifices you make to be able to reach us through the screen. You are all my heroes and I appreciate each and every one of you. <3
